Following his studies in Music Technologies at London Metropolitan University in 1999, Wayne enjoyed exploring the building blocks of the technologies being deployed in the industry. Beginning work as technical support and service engineer for Yamaha Commercial Audio he was keen to share his expertise and was soon sharing knowledge and passion around the globe and supporting the demands of the touring market.

The rise of audio networks and DSP in professional audio, provided Wayne with a new platform as a trainer and system designer, being at ease with communicating these new technologies to all levels as well as incorporating his advanced fault-finding skills honed in his earlier career. This role expanded into heading up Technical Marketing and training, continuing to communicate clever innovations to the end customers and the Market.

Finding a new home within the d&b audiotechnik family in 2016, his role is currently Business Development and Relations, sharing d&b audiotechnik's passion for knowledge, communication, the d&b workflow and PA system design. He has naturally gravitated to innovative projects and elevating the audience and user experience in mobile and installation sectors.

Recent projects have included Immersive AV experiences at Theme parks, Shopping centres, Art Galleries and E-sports events.
