Nicky is Director of Emerging Trends at global real estate business Savills, focused on the future of how we will live, work, learn and play. In a unique role, she works with her global colleagues and her network beyond real estate, to challenge and inform her thinking.

Nicky began her Savills career as a member of the Worldwide Occupier Services Division, where she was part of a team helping US technology companies with international expansion. She co-founded the Savills Tech Cities programme and continues to work closely with the world research team to generate market leading commentary.

A former barrister and broadcaster, she is regularly asked to comment on the future of the built environment and in particular the relationship between the physical and digital world. She has recently been working with a team comprised of real estate and gaming/esports experts, to consider how gaming and esports might influence the future of the iconic Wembley park estate and how real estate assets might reflect this community and culture.
